The rotator-stator of emulsifier is process in CNC master programmable high precision machine tool which introduce from American & Japan. Check machine are: project, 3-coordinate scale, digital show height meter, so the emulsification effect is very good b and the products quality is stable. Inline type emulsifier: material suffers near million times high-shear in the high speed rotate of multi-layer rotator-stator, so the liquid and particle mix and superfine quickly. The equipment in our company applied well in bitumen field because of its high emulsification, high shear and high mixing quality.
